This policy explains how Oath Studio (“Oath,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information when you visit oath.design, contact us, or book an introductory call. For privacy questions, email moiz@oath.design.
02. Information we receive
When you email, text, or book a call, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, scheduling details, and messages. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry. Our hosting and scheduling providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and service logs.
03. How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange meetings, discuss and provide design services, maintain business records, and help operate and protect the website. Information shared during a client engagement may also be governed by the privacy and confidentiality provisions of that engagement.
04. Service providers and sharing
The website is hosted on Vercel. Booking is provided through an embedded Cal.com calendar. Text messages sent to our published number are received through Google Voice, and email is handled through email providers. These providers process information to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. We do not publish your private inquiries on the website.
05. Cookies and embedded services
The site includes a third-party booking calendar. Embedded services may receive technical information when they load and may use cookies or similar browser storage to provide their functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect booking. You may instead contact us by email. 06. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to address your inquiry, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
07. Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have provided. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. To make a request, email moiz@oath.design. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
08. International services and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. The website and studio services are intended for business inquiries and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
09. Updates
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
