OATH STUDIO / LEGAL

Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

01. About these terms

These terms describe use of the Oath Studio website and general information about our design services. “Oath,” “we,” and “us” refer to Oath Studio. Questions can be sent to moiz@oath.design. A separate written client agreement governs paid engagements and takes precedence over this page if there is a conflict.

02. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our work, contact us, and arrange a call. Do not use it for unlawful activities, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious or infringing material. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

03. Starting a partnership

Booking a call or sending an inquiry does not by itself start a paid engagement or reserve capacity. We will agree on scope, priorities, fees, payment arrangements, and other engagement details before work begins. Website descriptions and examples are general information rather than a promise of a particular result or delivery date.

04. Requests, revisions, and timing

Our monthly partnership allows clients to submit design requests and revisions. The order, scope, and timing of deliverables are agreed together; unlimited requests do not mean unlimited simultaneous work or immediate delivery. Timelines depend on complexity, available capacity, and timely access to feedback and materials.

05. Fees, pausing, and refunds

The website currently advertises a monthly partnership and a first-week offer to receive 75% of the payment back if the partnership is not the right fit. The applicable price, billing schedule, pause or cancellation timing, and administration of that offer will be set out in the written engagement terms before you start. Contact us with a request to pause, cancel, or discuss the first-week offer. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

06. Materials and ownership

Oath’s website, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client work, names, and third-party trademarks shown in the portfolio remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Viewing portfolio work does not grant a license to copy or reuse it. Ownership and licensing of paid deliverables, source files, pre-existing materials, fonts, and third-party assets are addressed in the client agreement. You must have the necessary rights to materials you ask us to use.

07. Confidentiality and portfolio use

Please do not send confidential credentials or sensitive materials through a general inquiry. Confidentiality obligations, approved collaboration tools, and any permission to display client work or identify a client in our portfolio should be agreed as part of the engagement. A general inquiry does not itself create a nondisclosure agreement.

08. Third-party services

The site links to or embeds services provided by others, including scheduling, messaging, and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability and operation are outside our control. Our Privacy Policy describes the website’s contact and scheduling channels.

09. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, or outdated information may occur. The website is provided as available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or particular business outcomes. Responsibility for professional services and any agreed limitations of liability are addressed in the client agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these website terms from time to time and will update the date above. Changes to an existing paid engagement are governed by its agreement. If you have a concern about the website or services, contact moiz@oath.design so we can work to resolve it.
